      Souvenir spoons. Not really to be used. What is stamped on the back? 00.90?
      I live in The Netherlands and see silver plated spoons like these all the time.

      You need to give as much info as you can. A close up photo of the reverse side would be helpful.

      Thank You, that makes sense, maybe it was from a holiday. As they lived in Sheffield I hadn't thought of the windmill thing!

      The photo confirms it - these are definitely Dutch silver plated souvenir spoons. Some people do use them, but repeated washing tends to ruin the silver plating.
