Older John Deere Equipment

I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this....but this was recently found by my Grandfather and I, as you can see it's partially buried and neither of us really know what it is or how old it is, the only part/serial/model number I can find is on a part by the wheel that says 2214H if anyone has any information about it either comment.
