    I have found this in Serbia (Subotica) it Says WIEN at the back and the letter W on the left and H on the right and Number 11 And I (Roman number on the top) and there is a crown on the front.

      Maybe a military uniform coat button. But keep in mind, crowns are a popular design in fashion. ( Wien = Vienna).
