It is a Brown teapot in the shape of a Bear barrel it has made in England on the bottom in Blue sorry I didn't take pic of it.

Sorry it is shaped as a Beer Barrel sorry not Bear Barrel
It's a novelty tea pot made by a Staffordshire pottery somewhere in the UK. Not possible to tell you more as it has no factory mark.
Thank you very much, all it has is made in England stamped in blue,
