    Trying to figure out what this wrench and pick could be and how old it is? The wrench has "Germany" and "8" in the casting.

      It is a pipe wrench with the adjustable half of the jaw missing. There would also be a knurled nut that fits into the square shown in your picture.. The other "Pick" may be something for soldering lead piping, Just a guess.

      This looks like a tool used around cement work & the steel frame work to hold it in place, you tied the wire around the wire frame with this tool.
