Oil painting from 1965

Hello and how is everyone doing? I have had som trouble figuring out who painted this painting. I am to understand it was bought off a wall in a restaurant in 1968, has one owner till me. It's a oil painting that is 36"l and 25"w. I am also to understand that this artist may be the the island son of a painters mistress? Chick a chicka bow wow. Lol. Jk sorry I can be a idiot. Lol.
