I found this framed Photo in an Old House about 17 years ago, The Photo has Many small crosses which they are to be Registration marks, The Photo show to be Presented to The American Federation of Labor & Congress of
Industrial Organization by COL. EDWIN E. ALDRIN JR.
On the bottom of the Photo state
