Rare antique Charles Dickens Book 1845 Grimaldi the Clown & Hard Times

A rare old Charles Dickens Book From a recent estate sale. The book is two works in one with the first being Hard Times. The Second book is Grimaldi the Clown and has a publish date of 1845. What seems to be quite interesting to me is that Hard Times was not actually published in book form until 9 years later in 1854. I'm not really sure how rare it is but I haven't been able to find another one or much about it at all.
