These were relatives of mine, three siblings, taken long ago.
The smallest was born in 1919, so you know that this
was taken long ago. The boy got in trouble with his mother
for going "bare foot" in this photo. He was told to get his
shoes on, but did not! In World War II he drove a tank for
the allies in Europe, and was wounded, but survived to come
home and live out his life.

      That's lovely: photo and story.

I knew all these relatives, although that was many years after this photo
was taken. They all married, and all had children, and grandchildren.
I liked all three of them.
