Found in the bottom of a box of old tools only today. Not a lot of age to this but I love the design of these Japanese Toyo glass cutters. The end screws off to fill the body with oil. The head is spring loaded and in use it pushes up to release the oil which lubricates the cutting wheel. Body is brass and 7 inches long. Toyo also make a plastic version.
