This dish has silver inlaid on inside ,on outside it shows white flowers. Otherwise I have no idea, help please

That's a bowl was made by The Viking Glass Company & silver overlay was made by Silver City Glass Company in the Princess Rose pattern. Made in early 1950's. Value is about $20.00...which I think is silly as I have several pieces in the poppy flower pattern and think it's stunningly beautiful =)
