Pottery or porcelain? From where and what year? :)

I bought it at a place in iceland that takes peoples " trash" or things they do not want to own anymore and sell it for little money and then give poor people around the world. Do not know how to say it in english ???? But i am curious about weather it is from, what year and if pottery or porcelain. Hope there are some experts here. Many thanks from Iceland ????
