I have the Lithograph or print? I don't know the difference between the 2 and can anyone tell me if the numbers means #501 of 1378 made.
Any input would be greatly appreciated.

You have the print there. The Drypoint or aquatint would have the signature outside the picture. In your print it's embedded in the actual picture. Easiest is just to google 0501-1378 and "la belle rose", which will take you to an order # from Gallery Graphics homepage: http://www.gallerygraphics.com/search.ihtml?step=1&cat_search=Loose%20and%20Shrinkwrapped%20Prints&subcat_search=Loose%20Prints&page=4
