Picked this up at a local estate sale. It's a rather unique, wooden bowl that is labeled House of Croydon. While it originally held a puck of shaving soap, it is now empty.
From my research, it appears that the House of Croydon was based in New York City and was either absorbed by another company, or went defunct, prior to the 1970’s.
The bowl measures: 4" across x 2" high
