Etra, vintage (?) straw with vinyl on front. I cannot find anything similiar to this to research history, any ideas?

I love this purse! I'm just trying to estimate it's age. It is straw with (I'm guessing) vinyl like over-coat, perhaps to protect the 3 dimensional images. The inside says 'Etra'. I have googled every possible description, but to no avail. Any help would be appreciated!
