Vintage Damascene Jewelry Brooches/Pins, Earrings, & a Ring (Flowers & Birds)

Vintage Damascene (spelling?) brooch/pin. I like the flowers and birds. I like the patterning on the back of it. I'm guessing since most of my items have been around the 50's or 60's, this would be the same maybe?
