I don't know what you have there, but I'm pretty sure it is something good. Cardinal Grosbeak refers to the cardinal family (Cardinalidae) of the Americas. Why it is set into a child's abacus I have no idea. Is it a porcelain tile? Give me some more info and I will dig!
Not porcelain, just on a canvas. It has the words, "from the collection of the Northwestern mutual life insurance company on the way bottom,mm I have no idea what it means.
