Who made this unique sofa?

Hi, we recently purchased this sofa and were wondering who manufactured it. It's a little different since all the cushions have brackets and slide out making a twin size day bed. The material is an orange velour type material. It is 66" x 32". we cannot find any markings to identify its maker. Thanks in advance for the information.
