I know extremely little about this watch ring. I know it's super old and I know that I can't seem to find any like it anywhere to compare it to. I sure would like some more information on it.

Hi, because it's Quartz movement it can't be any older than the 1970s (Seiko sold the first quartz watch late 1969). It could be quite modern, there are similiar ones with the "stretch to fit" finger band currently available on eBay. Just be careful when you wear it, forgetting and then washing your hands while it's on your finger could wreck it!
