WWII Bust

This is a bust of Jozef Tiso who was a Roman Catholic priest and leader of Slovakia during WWII. He was a very controversial person then and still is to this day. The bust measures 12 1/2" in height and 8" wide and is made what looks like plaster ( it is heavy and not hollow ). It does not have any cracks but has a chip at the bottom of the base which has felt at the bottom. I have contacted multiple museums in Canada and the U.S. but none replied to my emails. I have looked all over the internet and could not find another one like this or even similar to it.
