    I don't know much about this plate, I haven't seen anything like it!
    I would appreciate any info if someone recognizes it
    I have spent days trying to find info but no luck.
    How you find it as interesting as I do.

      This mark is different than your mark am wondering why?
      I have searched and searched and can't find the plate...
      I hope someone out there can help....

      The New York firm of Bawo and Dotter (who owned and operated the Elite Limoges works in France) changed the style of the mark several times over the years. They began to produce china in the early 1860s, and continued into the 1920s. They constantly changed shapes and decorations to keep their goods fresh and new, so it may take years of looking to find another plate that matches yours. We have collected the Elite Bridal Wreath pattern for over 40 years (it's our "good china") and we have cream and sugar sets in 9 different shapes, but all decorated with the popular Bridal Wreath pattern. Plates like yours were probably available for a few years with a wide variety of decorations.

      Thx again. Could say based on the mark what year it's from...what about value?
      Am I correct in saying it is an authentic Limoges? Again thx for your info. Rjkinkent!
