    Picked up this leather Decanter at a garage sale and cannot find any information on it as far as maker/distributor of this item. Any information from anyone knowledgeable in this area would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

      Anything covered in leather suggests Italy and Florence in particular. Note the symbol on the banner of the city of Florence. The bottle itself is green and I'd suggest it was made nearby in the town of Empoli.
