New Haven Clock Company Circa 1890 Black Mantle Clock

I just purchased this clock at an estate sale for $65. I can't find the picture of this clock on any of the New Haven websites. The clock needs work (can't turn the windups on the front). The chimes will function if you manually turn the hands. I am hoping that a cleaning and oiling will fix the clock. Two questions: (1) Has anyone seen this model? (2) How much can I expect to spend on getting a repair? (I don't want to be taken to the cleaners on repairs) Thanks everyone, really appreciate any information!
