      The detail looks quite poorly finished and corroded, so it appears it is no prize.

      My Guess, is you have either a decorative wall hanger, or a letter opener. I would give it a day or two bath in white vinegar, and a good wire brushing, followed by a WD-40 spray down. It may then reveil It's Money Mark, if it has one. Good Luck !
