Hoping someone can help identify the maker or year. With wheels on both sides and little red metal wheels that can move in slots, plus a slot on the underside it looks like this car might be able to run on either side or it somehow flips. Need to find a key to test it but thought someone here might know more about this! Thank you for any assistance.
