Cocktail glasses by Fostoria

I'm putting this in Unsolved Mysteries, as I'm not sure it's Fostoria, and I don't know the name of the etch.
I've looked around, but can't seem to find the right one.
3 1/4" tall, 3 3/8" wide
Etched on the outside.
I think they are cocktail glasses.
These were my grandparents' glassware. We've used them a few times for desserts like trifle, but never as a cocktail glass.
Now that there are so many "speakeasy" type bars around Raleigh, I've actually had a drink in glasses this shape.
I have no idea how people didn't spill more than they drank!! :D
