This is made of crystal and rot iron, it is a beautiful piece. If only i knew more about it. I believe that it is a soap dispenser of some kind.

Can you post more pics? It looks like a Hanging Wine Decanter to me. I just can't tell from the one picture.

to me the picture is blurry but it appears to be an antique fire extinguisher

I have one just like it. I believe it to be a wine dispenser. I have been searching for someone who could give me more info on it.
