That Dallmeyer lens is very rare, and looks to be in a really nice condition! I know there are adapters to fit these to Canon or Nikon. Worth quite a bit to enthusiasts.
What does the serial number say and what size, the picture is a bit blurry. F=3" perhaps?
Markings as follows:
