    Cast Iron Mechanical Uncle Sam Bank....I see no manufacturer marks on it....anyone know anything about it? I snagged it at an estate sale...hope I didn't pay too much :)

      Agree it is a modern piece. The biggest sign is the poor quality casting-- take a look at an original and the difference in details and quality will stand out.

      These are readily available in the $25- $30 price range.
