deck of PIEDMONT AIRLINES playing cards

This otherwise unbranded deck of playing cards bears the PIEDMONT AIRLINES logo. (which is now a regional subsidiary/etc of American Airlines, operating in the NE USA?) I've never flown Piedmont (and in fact avoid modern airline travel if at all possible) instead having found the deck at a junk shop. Presumably, they were (are?) available to (1st class?) Piedmont passengers to help pass the time inflight...I don't know how old they really are.
