A few days ago my brother in law was working and bought this home for me as was being take to the dump, im into my photography. I was told it was an old projector and he brings me a Bauer 1965 p5 16mm projector i believe by the labels. Its in need of a good clean. Im trying to find any imformation about it about and try to get it up and running again
Not much to say. It's German-made between 1959 and 1965. There were numerous versions of the P5 and each had a distinctive use. Things like this have a "captive" market and not usually of interest to the general public.
Bauer went through a number of mergers and acquisitions through 1985 when it ceased operations.
