1961 d dime RPM

D looks doubled stamped and some type of hub doubling on the leaves to the right on their left side. Extra piece on stalks left side?. E appears hub doubled too. Others are like the E as well but not shown in picture. I seen one on Coin opp on YouTube. It (theirs)was the only one they knew of at that time. What do I do next...Help :)
