    This is a very heavy beautiful chest but I don't anything about it. The sides are in great shape but the top is a little scratched up.

      Nice dresser.

      Looks to be American and some of the wood is cherry. Hand dovetails and dates to about 1850- 60s.

      I think scottvez is right on target and perhaps it might be a bit older. Pictures or my eyes are a bit dark but I think scot hit it.
