Vintage Tuxedo tails Coat Metzel tag under inside collar 1913- Unknown about this company

Came across this old Tuxedo jacket, I cannot find out any information on the Co. label METZEL... that appears under the inside flap (white Label). It has a year 1913. The black label was pinned apparently came off. Any help with the id of this company would be appreciated. This is a Pin Striped Tux jacket.
