I bought this amazing lamp. I have never seen anything like it. The masthead is so interesting with a mermaid body, nude bust, wings and a dragon head. Hoping someone knows something about it. I saw one for sale on a website that did not have a felt cover on the underside of the metal base. It showed Italy painted on the inside of the porcelain. Does the mythical creature have a name? What is the age? Is it Capodimonte? Any answers are greatly appreciated.
