Do not know the designer of this set. Would like to learn more about it. Again, it must be from the 1960's, I'm guessing? I appreciate any comments you may want to post. Thank you.

Look on the back for any type of stamping which would help in ID. The stamping will be small, and that makes is valuable. Clip- ons are early 60's for piercing was gettin more popular. Rhinestone is actully colored glass but some are old processes.. Take it to a craft show and look for a someone selling the same stuff for they will be at a show. Custum jewerly is a really hot item these days.
