Buyer beware........some items are selling right now on eBay that are known fakes. For example, this door pusher. Very well done but not real. The sign never existed but it will sell for a lot under the false impression it’s real. Any porcelain item you really need to know what you are doing.
Yep...happens in most all collectibles. I do most my dealings with barn finds and word of mouth. I'm not into online sales or big shows as that's where you will find most of the fakes. That's just me though .... I like the hunt and stories better than the item.
Here's this Hamms beer again ! Beginning to haunt me. Do they sell it in CO ? Have a friend coming down & maybe he will bring me one ! Oops! No bottled liquids on planes !
