Partial Mark ‘La Roe’?

Picked these clip on rhinestone earrings up at a garage sale last weekend for a dollar.. Though they seemed to have a clear marking, “La Roe”, my Google searches don’t produce any hits on this mark leading me to believe there is at least one letter I’m not able to see with my naked eye or even with a magnifier. Does anyone know what the full mark might be or have any other ideas about how to identify these earrings? Thanks so much!
