I have what i would assume is an original piece,Signed Hal Lotterman and the number 60 below signature.Ive done a small amount of research and only came up with a few of his pieces and their values..but was more successful with information about hisself as an artist and his person..If anyone can give helpful,informative feedback more so on hiswork and this piece in particular ,would be very welcomed and much appreciated..TIA????
