Using the term 'box' loosely as it is actually more of a little cardboard tube with crimped ends, the bottom one fixed (glued?) in place. It is labeled as having first held "A&W BRAND NICKEL PLATED STEEL THUMB TACKS". Some of the tacks now in it *might* be the originals (?) but others are obviously different (probably newer) ones. I don't have any true idea of its age but would guess 1950's-60's.
