I don't understand why Mom would put these stones in her jewelry box. I don't see anything special about them. Found in a small box in the back of one of her jewelry boxes. Does anyone think they are special or did Mom just collect them because she thought they were pretty?

Some fools gold, quartz (a mineral) and some other stones that were obviously meaningful to your Mom.
