looks to be Westmoreland Glass #77 American Hobnail
I know it's not Westmoreland or Fenton. I've already checked with them. I've searched and searched. The bottom marking is something I can't find anywhere.

there are a multitude of hobnail patterns; not sure why you conclude this is not Westmoreland.
