I found this cool 1950’s "Vestal Lamp" table lighter made by Evans at a local thrift store for $2.99. After I polished I saw it stamped sterling on the bottom. After researching the web I discovered that it Was manufactured between 1951 to 1953 and came in both silver plate and sterling. The Sterling model is said to be very rare. That made my day. What a killer find.
Can someone tell me what the value might be?
