Very old purse, looks like it could be 1920 or earlier but I’m not sure! Please help, I found a mark on the inside of the coin purse button snap it says W. E. Co. If you know the decade, type or maker I would be so grateful. I’m kinda getting titanic vibes, am I crazy?
Also I’m wondering what the green material on the top of the bag is, maybe older plastic like bakelite or pyralin?
