Southwestern/Native American? Coral and Turquoise?

Can anyone tell me something about this necklace. I recently brought this at an online auction. It appears to be a turquoise and coral bead naga necklace with Murano glass beads. Is this coral and turquoise or just glass, what kind of necklace is it, naga? What origin is the necklace? It appears to be Southwestern/Native American maybe? Someone's input would be greatly appreciated.
