My first thought is ebay, also google, try putting the full name My-Toy plush pals rooster into the search box & see what comes up, do it periodically and maybe you will find someone selling it. Also you could wikipedia the My-Toy company to find out if the company still exists or goes under another name, then contact them & inquire. Good luck hope you find it
