Recent lamp find

I recently acquired this from someone that I have bought something from in the past the fitter of the shade is 11 + 7/8 the orbs that look that and almost burl wood pattern are made of glass I'm unsure if it's converted from kerosene when I received the lamp you couldn't even see that they were koi fish tea it's very heavy and beautifully made a greatly appreciate any help that anyone could give me and identifying this the only picture I found of anything was on the site that I wanted me to download something that I wasn't prepared to download
