Would be interested in hearing what this may be worth. It is an 8 x 10 engraving from the 1800's by A. Riedel, Published by George Berrie. May have hung in the Iverson Gallery in Milwaukee, WI some time in the past. It is in the original, as far as I can tell, 15 1/2 x 18 1/2 wooden frame with wooden backing. Have looked on line but have not found out much about the picture or the artist. Got it in a box of stuff at an auction several years ago.

I have the same one.Bought from a flea market by an aunt that thought it looked like me..I can tell you that the original oil canvas, approximately 5'x 3' is hanging in an upstairs bedroom at Chateau Su Mer', a Newport RI mansion. It's beautiful!..What you don't see in yours/mine, is the trellice behind her that's covered in red roses...For more info, contact the Newport, RI Historical Preservation Society..Good Luck!
