    Mint error cent it has a rim of a nickel and the cent is the sized of a dime. Ive never. Seen one of these and few weeks after i received this one i was walking and came across another , but this one had no detail.

      It’s not an error coin. It has been modified by pounding the rim.
      I have several of these in different denominations, different dates.
