      These are called "souvenir spoons"-- they were available from almost every tourist location and similar ones are still sold today (usually not sterling).

      Purchased individually.

      The enamel flag makes it more desirable, although the chip at the handle will hurt it.

      These are collectible.

      It is a Gorham Mark which is good.
